Pelly Lake Outfitters Ltd. is located on the northwest side of Williston Lake in northern British Columbia. The country is rich in quality game including large Stone Sheep, many Mountain Goats, excellent Western Canadian Moose, Mountain Caribou, abundant Black Bear, as well as Wolf and Wolverine. The streams and lakes are numbered with Rainbow Trout and Dolly Varden. Our base camps consist of very comfortable cabins, cook houses, showers, and the equipment to give you the memory of a life long dream.

This area covers some 3,000 sq miles of superb hunting, fishing, sight-seeing, horseback riding and boat. The Northern portion of the area is hunted by horseback into spike camps for Dark Stone Sheep, Goat and Moose. The southern portion is great for Goat, Moose, Caribou, Black Bear roam freely over the territory. Hunting in the different areas for the different species requires the hunter to be in excellent shape to fair. Pelly Lake guide area covers some 3,000 square miles in north central British Columbia on the west side of Williston Lake, some 250 miles north of the city of Prince George. Stone Sheep, Mountain Caribou, Canadian Moose, Mountain Goat, Timber Wolf, Elk and many specie of small game all live here. The numerous streams, rivers, and lakes in the area provide great fishing for, Rainbow Trout, Bull Trout, Lake Trout, and Dolly Varden.

We guide out of two main camps. Our northern camp is fly in only, hunting is done by horseback and backpack for sheep, goats and moose. Our southern camp is hunted by, vehicle, horseback, boats and backpacking. This part of the area offers excellent spot and stalk spring black bear, moose, goat, and caribou hunting.
